As all my reviews start... well you know I had to have it lmao! I saw Cardi B in a Shane Justin design and checked the page until a new piece came out that I felt fit my style! This hoodie dress was right up my ally so I decided to take a leap of faith and order!

The shipping on this order was incredibly fast which initally made me very impressed. However when my package arrived, I was quickly becoming irritated with the packaging. I was not happy with the fact that for $120 my dressed wasn't packed in a better envelope that wouldn't be hurt by water during transport. I do not blame the designer for the handeling of the package however it could have been packed with more care so it wasn't busting out of the envelope. Secondly it wasn't in a plastic wrapping to further prevent water damage. There was no packing slip, no business card, no flyer, no promo code, no thank you note, nothing. I was not happy, I felt unimportant after just spending a pretty penny on this beautifully designed dress.

I was much happier with the packaging of this shipment. London was on preorder so I knew it wouldn't be shipping with this outfit, which I received just as quickly as the last. So with this shipment I was happy. The fit of the outfits is a whole nother thing. The green I decided to order a size up because it had no stretch and the orange small was almost too small. With my luck, of course it gets here and doesn't fit. It fit around the thighs but was too big around the waist and the top was just too big. The sleeves were made with zippers but its for looks not for use which was disappointing, I would have loved to be able to zip off the quarter sleeve.

The sizing on his designs vary depending on the material which I don't like because everything I have ordered has been unflattering in certain places. I ordered a small in the hoodie which should have a 26" waist yet the waist was placed at my lower ribs making it super hard to zip with no give. So I ordered a medium in the 2 other outfits and upon receiving the green leather outfit... it was too big around the waist, thighs, and breasts. I just can't win.
I do not mind supporting small business and entrepreneurs but when I spend my hard earned money on your product and it is not valued, that is a major problem. While my questions went unanswered this designer could still post on social media and reply to other comments. I do not care what celebrity wears his clothes, I will not be shopping Shane Justin in the future.
It looks like I am not the only consumer to have issues with the customer service. You can view the BBB Complaints HERE. I have also opened a BBB complaint because sending me something different than what I ordered without communication is completely unacceptable!

After a month of not receiving a shipping notification of my London Pre Order, I saw this posted on the IG page and was immediately worried. As you can see from the screenshots, the new outfit he posted was a red tweed NOT like the original. He had taken the black London Pre Order off the website after I ordered so I was worried I wouldn't receive the original I ordered. So I did the professional thing and emailed instead of writing the IG page.
When I did not receive a response to my email, I called the boutique. Some times it would beep like the line was busy, other times it would just ring and go to an automated message saying the voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. After that I dm'd the IG page as well as commented on new posts with no response. The very next day I received an email saying my London Pre Order had shipped.

I ordered in January and received a usps tracking number. When I saw nothing was shipped I asked when I should expect it to actually be shipped and I was told it was out of stock and a store credit was provided for the item with a $12 refund for shipping added back to my bank account. I asked for a refund in the same form I paid on the item as well and I have not heard back from him. I have since filed a claim with my bank. As quickly as he refunded the shipping he could’ve refunded the entire amount but he chose not to. He’s a thief for sure. He has even more BBB reviews after yours. He delete all the comments of ppl exposing him but I’m going to make a IG page just to out him.
ReplyDeleteI previously saw a pai of boots on his IG Shanejustin.The boots were suppose to been available on his website the next day. I looked on the site they weren't there. I DM him and ask when will they be available and he said I have to order directly from the store and sends a cash app . I then went right back to the page and BOOM! the boots are there so I ordered through after pay which you have to pay installnent payments. I order thru the website on Feb 19th 2021. I reached out March 1 @ 1:30 am thru IG to ask about shipping update. He says to me: I personally told you to order directly from the store and processed to send his cash app again. I then said so you no shipping update and why do it matters if I order through the site if it's your site. He then tells me that my order had been canceled thru the site. I then asked why and he said the site has been messing up so thats why they are telling everyone to order directly through the store. I then asked for a refund and he tells the the stupidest thing I ever heard. He say you can reorder and once I send my payment through the cash app then his assistant will refund the $40...Lol how stupid do that sounds nevertheless he strongly insisted on me sending the whole payment of $150 + shipping to the cash app. I begged the differ . So me going against my better judgment being so press for those boots I cash app him the down payment of $40 so he say I have to send the total amount. Dead , that was not happening... so once he knew I was on to him , he sends me a picture of himself saying sweetheart it's me Shane , as if I know him, and then say I will never take your hard earn money you are safe and secure. RED FLAG !!!! 🚩. I didn't fall for the scam and brought it to his attention and then all his DM's stopped and I was blocked. So I definitely blasted him on IG . He so determined to take people's hard earn money who took the time out to support you . I was thrown off from the jump, because what business owner goes on and on back and forth with a person and at 1:30 I'm the morning my time. Nevertheless my bank replaced the $40 that was paid thru after pay and I disputed the $40 that was sent cash app . This person is sick and karma will revile
ReplyDeleteI order the red Cat Walker shoes in size 8 1/2 they came in a size 11 I sent them back do to THERE negligence getting my order wrong I followed the return policy to a T even though the mistake was made on there behalf. Still to this day I have never got my shoes or money back I constantly get the run away full voicemail always when someone does answer the girl hung up on me picked up again and relieved it was me calling again and hung up again. He’s bad for business the shoes were cheat looking horribly made I have nothing good to say period. Out $160. That’s why everything on his page is still the same after several years people are over them cheat nasty ass clothes and them fucked up cheat ass made shoes.
