As you know, or if you are a new reader; as you will come to find, I have a love for the basics every woman should. Clothes, shoes, and makeup are always at the top of my MUST BUY list. For a few months now, I’ve been eyeing new fall fashion up, down, and horizontally. Let me tell you, just like with my EGO Shoes Review, I knew when I saw this brand on the Kardashian's, Aaliyah Jay, and every other gorgeous woman I follow on IG, I had to be dressed in the latest fashions from Naked Wardrobe.
Three sisters from Los Angeles, California have come together to take the fashion world by storm, and rather affordably! What started as an idea, has morphed into the ultimate go-to place for fashion savvy women all around the world. Naked Wardrobe is an contemporary clothing boutique created with the intention of celebrating women of all shapes and sizes that provides fabulous fashion, and the latest trends at an affordable price point. They design and produce in limited quantities to ensure that the styles are exclusive, and individualized for each client.
I actually made 2 separate purchases because I wanted to see how they would treat a small order as well as a large on. From trolling their IG & FB, it doesn't look like they ever offer discount codes but they DO frequently offer free shipping, which i received on both orders although I couldn't tell you why, they don't include a reason for free shipping on either the email or paper receipt..

AS YOU CAN IMAGINEEE, I was ecstatic to see that my order was shipped out the same day. I dont think that has happened to me.... like EVER! The item came in a timely fashion, wrapped beautifully, and was great quality! I was a very happy camper, so of course I ordered again! I told you I needed new fall fashion!

Even though this order took a few days to get a shipping notification, I am still very pleased. Since two of the items were on sale, (having worked for BeBe) I know those items had to be searched for among the other sale items. So a week start to finish on 6 items, is very quick! Oh my boss would tell me to add on "in my opinion" to the end of that sentence... its a liberal thing, you wouldn't understand. LOL.
A nice tip and trick I have noticed is that if you wait a month or two their items will go on clearance for less than half the original price! Be warned, their smaller sizes tend to sell out soon, so if you’re in love with a dress, know that it may sell out if you dont grab it when you see it!
As far as the packaging, I must admit I was skeptically impressed. The package comes in a black shipping bag with the words “naked wardrobe” on it.
Inside is the items are delicately wrapped up in tissue paper, and accompanied by your purchase order.

So unfortunately the "Jazzed Up In My Joggers" were just too tight around my waist, so they are being shipped off to return. The material was very nice and they were very cute just too small. The elastic waist band was cutting me in half, know what I'm sayinnnn! But good news is I get to blog about the return process & my experience! *So after reading the return policy I was skeptical of how seamlessly this process would go. Sure enough here it is October 26th and I never even got an email letting me know they physically received the package and would begin processing it. I took it upon myself to message the help desk and fb page today regarding my return. This was the response I got, which does NOT answer my questions stated in my email to them; "Hi Danielle, Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your return to be processed from the day we receive it." Ok that sure solves my problems, thanks.... not. But literally minutes after I received this email, another email came through from PayPal stating a refund for my item had been initiated. So I got my refund but all in all the customer service is lacking.

ReplyDeleteHello Alycia! The body suits do have quite a bit of stretch, but also hug you nicely! I do like them, but Fashionnova.com also has some great bodysuits, better fitting at a better price. They are my go to now.
